Raised in a Cherokee-Irish home, he was inspired to pursue excellence in different areas. Harley Reagan was inducted into the 1994 World Martial Arts Hall of Fame. He was a Soke of a martial art of American Indian origin called Chulukua Ryu. In all the things he worked on, Harley brought an intensity of focus, attention to detail, awareness, and knowledge in unique situations using various techniques.
